Hi All.
I am trying to make Nakisa Hierarchy Visualization for team view working in MSS Addon.
Navigation Path MSS Home page -->Detailed Team View --> Hierarchy Button
The Visualization is not working in IE and Firefox, but it is working in Chrome. Different browsers are respond differently for this View.
We are on EHP 7 Support Pack level 36. There are many thread discussing this topic, but the notes suggested are too old for our system.
Please find the screen shorts and error details from 3 browsers
1. This is the error that I got in IE. It also created ST22 Error Log
500 SAP Internal Server Error
ERROR: Access using a 'ZERO' object reference is not possible. (termination: RABAX_STATE)
2. This is the Error that I got in Firefox and there was no error log in ST22
The Flash control is not responding. Possibly the Java plug-in of the browser is deactivated or not installed.
3. It is working fine in Chrome
Could anyone please help in pointing to the right direction to fix this issue.
