Hi all
In procurement of services, we want to surcharge our service supplier according to quality of service. It should take place at the time of entering service entry sheet. for example we have a contract for supply daily lunch of our personnel. every day the quality of food is evaluated (Non-SAP). If the quality is poor we want to charge penalty the supplier.
According above descriptions my question is: How can we implement surcharge at the time of entering service entry sheet.
