Grant of Absence Quota after one year of Hiring

Dear Experts,

 

    I am very new to sap hr., I got a requirement in the time management that need to generate quota for the employee through PT60 OR RPTQTA00. we have Positive time management in place and our quota policy for Annual leave is as follows

 

                Annual leave = 14days

If an employee hiring date is 01.05.2013 then employee will be entitle for Annual leave on 01.05.2014 and its validity period will be 01.05.2014 to 01.05.2015 and if employee not availed leaves than 14 days will be carry forward in absence quota, for the next year quota will be  14+14=28 and maximum quota for Annual Leaves are 28 days. there is no Prorate calculation
