Change display setting for WBS in CJ3* and CJ4* T-Code series

Dear Experts,

Please adivise me how can I make default WBS Display options setting to using description only in CJ30 Series and CJ40 transaction. So every time when user  open any project they don't have to change it manually.

Currently below is the default display option and I want to change it to using descriptions.

any suggestion/solution will be appreciated.
