Conditional formatting applies to all measures

I've successfully created a conditional format for measure Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO) and confirmed it is working correctly by applying the formatting to a numeric point chart.  However, when I apply Osame conditional formatting on a bar chart that displays multiple measures (Days Inventory Outstanding, Days Sales Outstanding, Days Payable Outstanding), all of the measures are formatted based on the DIO condition. I would expect only the DI measure to be formatted.  Is this working as designed or a bug?
