DME: substitute a '1' for any non-numeric character

Hello Experts,

Our bank has requested us to substitute a '1' for any non-numeric character present in bank account number of vendor, including embedded blank or hyphen for payee bank account number.

Example:

Account Number: 98-123456 =     000000981123456

Account number P8883334445556667779990 = 188833344455566

Please help me to configure in the DMEE.
